How to return a training
course:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or email
support@CareerAcademy.com
- Once you have obtained
this RMA number place it clearly on the outside of the
returning package to ensure prompt processing.*
- Return to
CareerAcademy.com for a full refund.
* Each return must be
sent to us within 30 days of the invoice date, and must be
in like-new condition. CareerAcademy.com reserves the
right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns
where more than 50% of the bundle products have been
opened and viewed.
* eLearning Online courses and eLabs can also be returned
within 30 days of purchase for training credit. Credits
can be used towards any of our CD-ROM or video training
programs.

Available shipping methods are: UPS Ground and UPS 2nd
Day Air and Next Day Air. Please choose your preferred
shipping methods accordingly. All orders will be shipped
within the next business day. Tracking information will be
forwarded to you as soon as it become available.
International
We have Video Formats: NTSC (North America), PAL
(European), or SECAM. Please select UPS International
Shipping as your shipping method. Actual shipping charges
will be added at cost to your total when your order is
processed. You will be notified about the shipping cost
before we charge your credit card. Please also note that
UPS will collect import duties/taxes required by your
country when delivering your package. Please allow 7 to 10
business days for delivery - depending upon location.
